    Moving to Vegas

    I have just recently returned from my 5th trip to Vegas and like most of you guys (and girls) I love the place.
    I would love to move there but coming from the UK it seems like a impossible task
    The thing i cant understand is that there are so many foreign workers from taxi drivers to croupiers etc etc
    How do these people manage to get a Visa???
    Are there any JCers out there who can help me out with my dream?

    Check with Lexty. He hails from Austrailia and figured something out. Don't know that he has a work visa I think his is a party visa as he's all over the USA partying( gotta love it);P But I think he will be back in Vegas for May AOD invasion.

      I'm moving in July. I do need a roommate...

        Trust me I would be there in a flash but the more I look into it the more I loose heart. It just seems impossible, surely all the foreign workers cant be illegal?

          Just apply for a work visa for a year. See where it goes from there...

            joe you want to move out here, you going to loose all your money partying out there lol, i would apply for a work visa see if they approve it doesn't hurt,maybe you can become a host a club and then you can get us in the club, good luck

              I agree, apply for a work visa unless ur minted, at least then u can stay a year and work without any hassle.

              I've been thinking about moving there from the UK myself recently. Been playing online poker for a living since last October and on my last trip actually got round to playing rather than partying and was shocked how average the play is there. Going back for 3 weeks in November to see how I get on and if all goes well i'm applying for a years travel visa in the new year, moving over there and see what happens :-)
