Best way to contact a host???

Hey,
What is the best way to get a hold of a host to book a booth? Should I text, email or just call them directly? Should I also mention that I got there info from this site???

some host may ask for a picture of your genitals, but it really depends on the host!

they will usually reply quick with pricing...just tell them what youre looking to do and the date, how many peeps etc.

I would call the hotel and ask for the host. If you do it over the phone you know things will get done.

....no reason to call the hotel...Jack has posted all of the hosts direct numbers on this website.

yeah just check out this site and give the host a text. really make sure to put JC.com so they know you will be back to report lol

From a hosts side, this is what I prefer

a call or text a week or so before you plan on coming (xs or haze, I would do 2 weeks before)

Tell them everything, Group size, ratio, full name, number (if emailed), music desired, any special requests (birthday cake, dance floor table) etc.

then follow up with the host a day or so before the reservation to confirm.

Always use the JC.com listed host and always say your from JC.com.

Thanks for the great information. I have a question though, if you are requesting guest list and have a large group (10+), would it be better to break up into units of two (couples)? Our ratio is better than 1:1, but I have this feeling that large groups, even with good ratios have a harder time getting in.
