How Early do I need to Book a Table for a LARGE group?

Hey guys, so I am going to Vegas on hopefully what will be a pretty epic trip. Were going from july 21-25 and were planning to do a table at TAO on thursday.

I was just wondering how early we need to book a table for a group as large as ours? We'll be having about 10 guys and 10 girls?

If i was you i would contact the host about 4-5 weeks before hand, and see what he can offer you, with it being such a large group you want to make sure you get a top table location, maybe it would be best to get girls on guest list and guys on the table that way the minimum bottle spend will be lower? Just tell the host you want to be able to bring girls back to your table, and then you can grab your ladies off the dance floor!

I would give someone a call the Monday or Tuesday before. They are not going to have any idea whats going on at this point in terms of events and will likely forget about your reservation before then. Probably going to place a group that size in a skybox.

I have heard 30 days out... you can make a reservation. But, some busy holiday weekends you can book earlier. I would set it up around 4 weeks out... then follow up and confirm again, as the date gets closer.

Exactly contact them early and then just keep on checking in with them to make sure they havent forgot about u!
