Tao Host Contact Update

Just an update.....

Bob Shindelar is the new site contact for Tao Nightclub for table reservations. Bob has worked the podium at the front of the club for years and is about as senior of a host as you can get there. Bonus: He actually maps out who gets what tables.

Tony Paoli is still the contact for LAVO, we just switched him from Tao since he isn't always at the venue.

Jordan Miner is still the guest list contact for both.

Working on it. I've got a few friends who host there, but I want to make sure we list the best one who can minimize the changing minimums and crap people have been dealing with there. I'm afraid that just might be an ongoing problem there regardless.

haha not trying to boast but i already contacted bob and hes sorted me a table at tao for 6th may! This was organised 2 days ago!

Travhast, I contacted Tony today before Jack updated the contact on here and he got bck to me within a couple of hours - that was for both Tao and Lavo.

We have been quoted crazy money for the Friday night before the Mayweather fight - a table that would normally go for $2k is going for upwards of $5k.

Anyone know where we can get a decent table for a decent price ? Will be 9 of us and would commit to 5 bottles... Cheers all !

I don't know if you'd be willing, but you could try lower tier clubs?

Like voodoo or wasted space or CA, they aren't the best, but the cost would def. be cheaper, plus b/c of the fight, they maybe more crowded/ better atmosphere than usual.

Maybe you should try and contact Bob? Worth a shot? He might be willing to look after you a little more!
