we hate Lap dancing clubs

Check out the reviews on this site. Search ultra lounges as they might be your best bet. If you give more info people might be able to help a little better.

V-bar at Venetian, Center or circle bar at hard rock forgot the name... West Wing bar is good at MGM, but don't go to Centrifuge... the waitresses there are c**ts.

I think you'll feel comfortable just about anywhere... as long as you have a table.

voodoo lounge at the rio. also, agree with ultralounges, and agree with you actually being comfortable in any club, if you have a table - shoot, even it you don't. its not like there's not 40-somethings (or 50 or 60) in the majors.
