Best Hotel for Old(er) Guys on Stag/ BP

Heading down for a stag/BP weekend with a large group (~20)of middle-aged guys in their late 30's. Main premise (excuse) is stag for the last of the bachelor's. Need to figure out the home base for the events.

Apologies in advance for the detail, but I figure it will help a Vegas know-it-all provide sound advice. Here are the 3 key elements for the group:

(1) Pool - need a good pool vibe for daytime recovery and poorly disguised voyeurism. Pool time will likely be the most central of the group events as nights will end up splitting apart as everyone creeps off to be creepy. Not interested in seeing families and kids, or any of the cast of Jersey Shore. Or the Kardashians (except for Kim). Somewhere in the middle that's pretty chill.
(2) Casino - need a good sized spot with lots of action. A few high rollers in the group, but a lot of guys with clearly scottish or dutch lineage. Stayed at Palms last time - Casino seemed tiny.
(3) Bars/Clubs - not necessarily on premise, but in vicinity at least. With 20 guys to manage, the club thing takes on a whole mess of logistics challenges, so we'll hire out a VIP Host most likely for the big night. Ideally there would be a few good lounge style spots to hang out and make a mess of things on the other nights.

Have it mentally whittled down to Venetian, Aria, Caesars, and MGM Grand. Wide open to opinions from insiders though.

Age is just a number. You're as old as you feel. Have fun and enjoy.

You're only criteria seems to be a large casino. I've been to all that you listed except for Aria. Gambling wise, I like Ceasars and it has a very underated pool area. It's not a wild pool party, but it does the job. But I'm a bit biased as I get comped and discounted rooms there.

What's your budget like?

Also, for your "big night" I would suggest choosing the club and then contacting the Host that Jack has listed on the site directly. No need to go through a VIP service.
