Lavish Vegas Service- Too good to be true?

Ok So this service is offering to comp me an extra bottle on a friday night a Jet....here are the details...
Bottles at Jet start at $425 ($540 after tax & auto gratuity)
Buy 1 bottle and we will comp the 2nd

2 Bottles (1 comped) including tax & auto gratuity: $540*

VIP Entry (no line wait), Table, Cover & Service fee: $145

Total: $685*
* Gratuity is not added on to the bottle we comp you.

So like $200 a person with two bottles and the table...does this seem right?
Has anyone ever delt with them before?

Seems a little pricey to me. I don't think I've EVER had to pat cover and table when getting bottle service! Those rates seem like it's saying 2 for 1, but your really paying for it in the price. Surely you can get better.

After reading it again, you need to add another $115 for the "free" bottle for gratuity, etc. Use the hosts on the homesite and compare with this offer. I'd be real surprised if you don't get a better offer.

Ok I emailed the host and Jet and told him about the deal i was being offered...maybe he can match it..as I would much rather go directly....
I just feel like for $200 a person were getting two bottles...im not sure where else on a friday we can do that...ive emailed hosts at tryst, XS and Rain and none of them come even close to Jets price

The $145 in table/service fees is basically the "cost" for using Lavish Las Vegas. If you can call the host at Jet directly and negotiate a buy one-get one deal, then you won't have to pay the extra $145 table/service fee. However, you will be expected to tip your host. So you can decide how you want to proceed.

So In contacted DAve Roberts (the host)..and told him the situation and that I would much rather deal with him directly...he was awesome enough to help me out and offer the same deal...ahmazing!!!!
How much should I expect to tip the host? Whats appropriate?

Yeah I've done this twice at Jet, but on Thursdays. You buy a bottle then they give you a bottle of Skyy Vodka free. Its a good deal, but the second time I went the crowd at Jet was a but sketchy. Its a fairly cheap way of doing bottle service compared to the top tier clubs.

Totally up to your discretion. At least $100 seems appropriate (assuming you have four people or less), considering that he is giving you a free bottle. It is easier to think of it as a per-person tip (i.e. $25 a head). I would tip a little more if you you get a good table in the room you ask for. Do your research so you know what room to ask for. Jet has a hip-hop room, a main room, and a house/techno room (don't quote me on that). You don't want to get stuck in a room where you hate the music. Good luck and have fun.
