Its pretty nasty either way you slice it. The lemons / limes themselves aren't being washed, are dropped on the floor all the time, and staff are reaching into the bins with really dirty hands which contaminates the whole lot. Then you have the bars that don't cut new ones until the old ones look really nasty, so it all sits there and perculates. haha

Isn't it true that if you're smelling something, you're basically breathing in the base particles (and likely ingesting them)? So, how many times have you smelled someone lay a nasty fart in a club?
