Tao with 4 Dudes!

Hey guys,

We'll be landing in Vegas on Thursday, but my question is about Friday night at Tao. Anyway, we'll be eating at the Tao restaurant and catching Wayne Brady. We are hoping to get into Tao afterward, but we're 4 dudes (usually the kiss of death in any club line ). Should we be getting a reservation or do you guys know of an alternate method of getting in? Any help is muchly appreciated.

Depending on how crowded it is on Friday night ... typically it's bad. If you get there EXTREMELY early and wait in line, you can get in without issues. I've had the most fun when I had bottle service and got in with a VIP host. Makes you feel special as well hahaha. Honestly though, you can pull more ladies that way with a table and gives you a chance to sit versus standing all night long. Did I mention the waitresses are damn HOT!!!

table is the way to go!!! Its a bargain when figuring waiting in line, the hassle of the bar the cover charge ets....get a table youre in vegas spulrge a little sit back and relax

Did you guys go through the Host from Jack Colton? How was your experience?

I will never go to Tao again without a table. We got there early and the doorguy with hardly anyone in line still tried to milk us for the greasing. It was uncomfortable inside. Dance floor was too crowded to dance or even get to. The staff asks you not to stand here or there. Getting drinks from the bar we caught nothing but attitude from an overworked bartender. Eventually it was so crowded there was litterally no place they would let us stand in the main room. Left after about two hours and went to a place that had a clue. People at the tables were having a good time though.

I echo everyone above. Table, Table, Table. so many advantages for such a small price. im not sure where you are staying but if you are staying at the venetian, call the front desk and they can put you in touch with someone at tao who will make the reseveration for you.

Based on my own experiences, Tao was the toughest in terms of reservations. They really don't like groups of too many guys in their club (understandable). That's why I've only been once.

Interesting. I'm thinking about hitting up Tao, but being a girl, I may have a totally different experience.. not getting or having to get a table.. it's just me and another gf.

For women, time and time again, I've heard Tao and Drai's nightclubs are very friendly to women (though in general this is true).

If your going to do it without table or bottle service ill tell you something everyone else always says. Find some girls either before or while in line to the club and ask if they will join your party so you guys can get in faster. That way even out the girl to guy ratio a bit.
