outside bars

can anybody point me in the direction of a few good bars with outside drinking , that are open at night and during day ?

Rhumbar at the mirage is great. Good drinks and hot servers.

I second Carnival Court. A quick cheap drunk.
Also Mix Loung on top of THE Hotel has a wonderful balcony.
Doesn't Moon @ the Palms have an outdoor bar?
