Anyone Been to VooDoo on a Thursday?

My group doesn't want to do any of the major clubs On Thursday(bummer for me) but I think I could talk them into a second tier club like Voodoo, maybe Tabu. They already shot down Tao, Tryst and Vanity. I've never been to Voodoo but heard it's ok and the drinks are good. I was wondering if anyone has been on a Thursday. Or if you have any other ideas for a Thursday night that's not as expensive as the huge clubs, please let me know.

I would go to Haze @ Aria on Thursday, but they would probably shut that down, too. At which point, under your breath you would utter "fags..." but loud enough so they hear.

I'm about to suck it up and be the man and just get bottle service at Tao and pay for it all so I can call them FAGS! Really loud and they will end up having a great time if they aren't worried about how much money it cost.

I really want a table on the dance floor at Tao, but The host said it cost a table minimum of $1,400 for that. Does that sound high to you guys?

Sounds like 3-4 bottle minimum. Which is about right.

Go to vegas. Com and they sell tickets for drink as much as you want. Open bar for voodoo for $60 i think. Well they did last may anyway. Had a great time. Good if there is a few of you going.

Thanks. It's $100, but that includes cover and red bull too, just no shots. I'm still worried VooDoo won't be busy on a Thursday. I think Tao would obviously be the most fun, $1,400 before tip and grat and tax. That's gonna be $2,000 when it's all said and done. Anyone else got any other Good Thursday option ideas?

The first time I went there on a thursday it was to see the view. It was not too crowded but not empty either. Which was nice because it is a break from being crowded. Anyway I noticed that there were a lot of older people there searching for there cubs and kittens.

On the way down in the elevator a much older women (like 40s) turned to her two male friends who were also older and said "SHE has never had any children" and then reaches over and grabs my tummy!!! As she grabs she says "You havent had kids have you??!!??" It was so crazy, I took an extra long hot shower after that.

The second time I went was cool ,again not too crowded and I met some really nice people. So it can be hit or miss, but it is chill.

The trick is, get your friends to voodoo THEN when they are drunk get them hyped up to go to a REAL club!
