I played last year at Las Vegas National. The course, in my opinion wasn't spectacular but the twilight rates made it hot, lol. For 18 holes, club rental, and a drink, my friend and I paid $50 each. The drinks at the bar were cheap and there was a phone that went directly to a cab. There are much prettier courses out there but I don't make enough for those green fees, lol. If I can't find anywhere else, I'll probably be at that course in march, if it's still around, lol

All that for $50 sounds like a steal, how close is that place to the strip?

It is about 10-15 minutes away really and that's including strip traffic. It's really a good deal, especially since the clubs available for rent are top notch.

What about the Callaway place on the south end of the strip ?
They have a 9 hole course that is lighted up, so you can play after dark.....

I usually play a couple rounds each time I go to vegas. I have played all over vegas and at some course an hour and two north of vegas. There are several websites that you can find really good tee time deals. Over new years I played the badlands for like 22 dollars, u just got to know where to look!

Also, national is one of my favorite golf courses in vegas. It is close to the strip, fairly price, a pretty good challenge, and they charge me the local rates their!!!! I always fly southwest so I can bring my clubs for free.

I will be there in march and may with my clubs.

I just start drinking on the course. Usually cures my hangover pretty fast!!!
