  • Whats the best Cirque show?

My best friend and I will be making our first Vegas trip in June, and we definitely want to hit up a Cirque show, to get the full experience! So which one is most worth the money? At first I thought Love would be best since we're big beatles fans, but i watched the trailer and it looked kinda lame. Zumanity and O looked the best to me, just from the trailers. Plus I think Zumanity is pretty dirty, which would be more our type of show

    Thanks guys

    Hey Deborah,

I am going to see Love in a little over 2 weeks (ok 17 days...not like I am counting...) so I will definitely post and let you know how it is. I have heard great things about it so hopefully it will beat the trailer.
    March 8-11!!!

Yeah, I've never heard anything negative about that show.

I mean, even if you don't enjoy the visuals (how could you not?,) you could always close your eyes, and just listen to The Beatles' music.

I've been to Ka, O and Zumanity. Love blew them out of the water, imho.

KA was sweet. But it's the only one I've seen. We couldn't get tickets to O on short notice. We used Tix4Less or something like that. Saved us almost half off of the box office price and we got the best seats in the house. Def look into using them.

Yeah we used Tix4Tonight as well, they saved us a bunch of money. We saw Mystere, which was awesome, but as the only Cirque show I've ever seen I can't really compare it.

I've seen 4-5 Cirque shows here in LA. I've only seen O in Vegas and it was AMAZING!! Better than any of the others I've seen.

                My vote...O for sure!!!
Oh, P-tr-ck, I STILL need to borrow your German Leg Breaking Machine....Thx.

I vote for KÃ*. But I've only seem it and Zumanity.
That being said, if you're asking if it can be done, you're probably not at the level where you could pull it off.

                    Gotta be Ka

IMO, I can't imagine anything out there can compare with MGM's "KA". Now keep in mind, I haven't seen any other Cirque shows in Vegas, but damn...that was something else.

                    Worth every penny!

I have seen Mystere and La Reve (which is the water show at the Wynn designed by one of the original creators of Cirque De Soleil). I also saw La Nouba in Orlando.

Mystere is great, more of a traditional Cirque show with lots of acrobatics and various tricks. From what I have heard, O and La Reve are extremely similar. I really like La Reve, but it was much more subdued and laid back, with not as much "wow" factor. The water stage is awesome, but the action is a little slower than a traditional Cirque show.

I would pick Mystere or KA for your first Cirque show. Save the water show (O or La Reve) for your next time out.

Have been to both Love and O - O was very good but I actually preferred Love - cant go wrong with Beatles music.... the acrobatics were excellent too, if somewhat chaotic seeming.

i think for your first, you should go see "O" or "KA".

both of those shows are unbelievably awesome and they will definitely blow you away if it's the first time you're seeing a vegas cirque show.

                            imo:
KA is the best by far. I prefer the straight storyline type. And oh man, the music? Incredible. I still can't get over the stage thing, that was crazy.
O is very dreamy and romantic in a way. It's visually stunning, but sometimes there's too many things going on all at once that it's hard to take in.
