Wanna know which Clubs to go to? LOOK HERE

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but wanted to get some opinions! This is what we have been planning and are thinking about doing during our vegas trip in a few weeks:

Thursday: Tao
Friday: Palms (bottle service at Moon, VIP access to others)
Saturday: Marquee (bottle service on roofdeck)
Sunday: Lavo

Any thoughts/advice? Is the Palms still a good choice nowadays? If it is, what do you think about getting the table at Moon vs Rain?

I did bottle service at Moon in January for Jazzy Jeff's b-day party... The vibe and the atmosphere was much better there than Rain... plus it is an easier trip from Moon to the Playboy Club... I would say get the bottle service at Moon on the second level so when they open the roof up, you have a great view of the sky...

As for the table location, I was given the choice of the patio or the VIP room. So when you say the second level, is that the patio or something different? Does it have a dancefloor or access to a dancefloor?

That doesn't sound like Moon... they have VIP booths surrounding the dance floor and then up against the second level balcony over looking the dance floor... however the place is gigantic so there may be an outdoor spot I don't know of...

Moon does in fact have a upper Mezzanine located towards the balcony. As far as getting a table you could always request an area as location is not guaranteed, but we will try to accommodate your requests to the best of our abilities.

LAX is cool. I like the music there, they play more hip hop than some of the tier 1 places. I like the crowd there too. Not the club if you're looking for a "wow" factor but don't know if that's important to you.

Never been to Haze but I really don't hear people talking about it that much. Have heard they play a decent amount of hip hop there I think

Some people come to Vegas and want to go to clubs that amaze/wow them in terms of size, layout, extravagance etc that they can't find at clubs back home. XS and Marquee both have that "wow" factor. For example XS was the most expensive nightclub in the world when it was built

Clubs like LAX and Jet are fun but lack that wow factor. Some people care about that, others don't

Bottle/VIP Service Question

Folks (especially the hosts that post here):

I'm a LV regular, and my next trip is set for May 6-11. Can't wait!

Alas, I will be alone this time, so I'm wondering how can I get bottle service (how else would you do Vegas?). It gets expensive for 1 guy, especially on the weekends (assuming I could drink 2 bottles!)

So question for the forum is: how can I find other like minded folks who are looking to share a table? I posted on craigslist...but don't get me started on what kinds of responses I received!

So suggestions/comments/offers welcome! I don't mind going out all 5 nights....and am open to any of the popular nightclubs.

Ok. That makes much more sense. I guessed it was something like that. Are there any clubs that do have that 'wow' factor open Wednesdays? Seems that Surrender/LAX/Lavo are the only real places open. Surrender seems to have the WOW factor, but I am concerned about how busy it'll be.

I saw a lot of mentions of wristbands earlier in the thread so I looked around and found the options for Palms. Are they really all u can drink for $75 including gratuity (Ghostbar)? I'm going with one other guy and bottle service seems a little pricey for just 2 of us. Have people had good luck with these?

Im sorry to say but you're being very naive. If it was the easy, everyone would do it. There is nothing that will get you past lines faster than buying a bottle. Guestlist is can be quick, but its still no guarantee. Get bottle service. In the long run its more worth it and may even end up costing you less then buying drinks at the bar, paying a cover, meeting girls and buying rounds.
