Mess of questions...Avoiding lines? what to expect?

Im heading to vegas next weekend with the g/f for a late valentines weekend. Any ideals for a somewhat better than staning in line for an hour experience? Not looking for bottle service set-up (unless its less then $200)...Just dont want to wait in line... Most likely there will be 3 of us this night (sister is probally going to meet us)

should I call ahead and get on a list or what?

considering:
-LAX (did bottle service here in sept...but got kicked out...didn't realize I was as hammered as I was and apparently drinking out of my flask in plain sight...Tipped the host well when entering ($150) but Im afraid I may have burned my bridge if the host remembers? doubt he will.
-ROK (because its close to our hotel)
-TABU (simply because its in our hotel)
-Christian Audigier (because of the cheap bottle service-more of a pregame ideal)

I know there are better places out there...I honestly am not that picky.

Tabu is frowned upon by many members of this site because its small and crowded, and just a lounge. With a gf its actually not that bad. The guestlist gets a bit tricky though. You can stop by the guy holding the clipboard infront of the place during the day and get on that way. Thats what we did.. and we also had a package included with our hotel at MGM where we didn't have to pay if we charged the cover back to the room. Check with the MGM and see what they can do for you.

Would calling ahead help? I kinda had that feeling about Tabu... Im just sick of playing some of the vegas games... Im not gonna hand a door guy a stack of $ to get into a place that I could care less about... I'll grease a palm or 2 but im sick of playing games.

Its actually going to be 2 girls 1 guy... I assume that increases the guest list chance? I planned to use the contacts...just wanted to make sure I wasn't out line doing it.

That's a perfectly fine ratio then.

Guest list should work, minimal wait. Usually you'll get in free, or at least girls free, and in my experience you don't even have to grease since you probably don't see the host who helped you.

If you do see him for whatever reason tip him I guess. But I've never encountered that situation. I'm guessing hosts are busy tending to bottle service guests.

Also if you want to get on vanity guest list, the hosts on the front page don't seem to handle that. It's actually done through [email protected], 702-693-5555.

No games.. those guys are legit. Just get on the list and you should be good especially with your ratios. Most guys with your ratios just walk up and do the talking to get in.
