Station Casinos filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Wednesday evening for the company that manages and owns 50 percent of the Green Valley Ranch Resort.

The Henderson resort, which is jointly owned by Station Casinos and the Greenspun Corp, itself did not file for bankruptcy.

Aww sorry to hear.. GVR is one of my favorite spots to get my SoCal style shopping on. If I need to get away from the douches, thats where I will go.
