Tao Beach - Anyone been? Pool reviews

I'm going to Vegas Memorial Day weekend. I've been to Rehab the last 4 years, but this year we were going to try Tao Beach b/c a buddy got a room comped at the Palazzo. Anyone been to Tao Beach? How does it compare to Rehab? Reviews on any of the pools / pool parties are welcome. Thanks

Tao Beach on Friday is amazing. Last year they had this great deal called the 2-1 deal haha Clever Las Vegas 2-1 Deal! Get it... Ok so you theoretically spend 200 dollars without gratuity which is 240 dollars and you get 100 dollars comped. What I used to do is I would run the card for 250 and ask for 100 dollars in drink tickets which equates to 10 if you PLAY your Cards Right. and by spending that 250 bucks you get yourself a daybed and are in the presence of many hot ladies.

Just a note. Tao is different than rehab. I think for the better because I prefer the more intimate vibe. Rehab is way bigger and is much crazier. Tao is still a party but more laid back. There are going to be cute girls and ugly ones anywhere you go but I thought the talent at tao was hot and very friendly. Ygr pool is small. Like really small. You may want to check out ditch Friday at the palms If you want to have more swimming time.

Just had my bachelor party out there this past wknd. 10 guys and we had an amazing time at Tao Beach on Saturday. Reserved a corner daybed through Marklen Kennedy based on this site. Guy was super cool and gave us the mini tour on Friday so we could pick the best spot. In my opinion, the 2 corner daybeds in the back are the best bet. Right next to the pool if you want to be in the mix. Depends on what you're looking for but I thought these were better than the cabana's which are set a little off the pool.
I should really post a trip report because this site provided for an insane weekend out there. Was also treated really well by Tony Paoli for Friday night at Lavo. Nothing but good things to say about both these spots and the hosts.

Edit to add that like ellejay, we really preferred the smaller venue and the intimate vibe of this place.

From what I remember when I went in 08. It was good music, intimate vibe and good looking girls. It was free and fairly easy to get in before 1pm. Hermosabch - post the TR.

OMG TONY PAOLI FOR THE WIN! Went up to us at the trump said "you look hot". Opened my friend's vest and said "I like your style". Told us "Here's my card, I'm sure I'll be seeing you later. " VIP entry, no cover, freakin' awesome! That man is style.
