  • Location of Table Service

Starting to look at possibly getting table service at some clubs. however my fear is that im going to reserve a table and when we get there it will to be in the farthest corner and ruin our night. Ive been told that the more your willing to spend the nicer table you can get but it seems super expensive. The clubs we are considering going to for our weekend are Tao, Vanity, Pure, Tryst or XS. Does anyone have any knowledge of their table layout. we're just looking for a normal table for 3 of us that is going to be where all the action is. is that possible? is it even worth it?

The only one I went to out of that list was Tryst. There were a bunch of tables outside with heat lamps, and if I remember correctly the entire area to the right of the dance floor (if you're looking fom the entrance). The tables just to the right of the dance floor were having the most fun, though I can imagine during the summer time (I went in Dec) that outside would be kickin.

Contact Patrick Frank for XS and Tryst, he takes care of JC members.

We had a nice small table by the stripper pole at Tryst (4 of us) . Keys to table location as chatting up the guy who takes you to the table, asking him for a better location if you don't like the first, tipping, and gettting there early (probably the most important).

Tao will be tougher. Main room and opium rooms tend to have higher mins, so 3 people will be tough to make that min. 1 bottle mins usually end up in the lounge downstairs (which can still be fun) or if you luck out and they have tables on the main floor, the hallway between the main room and the opium room. That's where I was placed and I really enjoyed it as I was close to the action of the 2 rooms, high traffic area, but not super crowded cause they keep it moving.

When I went in Sept I got 2 bottles and we were placed in the Opium room which wasn't all that bad actually.

The tryst website has a seating chart on it (last time I looked). I had a table right where the camera was placed on the side of the lake. A little far from the bathrooms but not a bad spot. I think we were in the opium room at Tao and it was fantastic, but really packed. Both times we had two bottles, I don't know if that made a difference or not.
That being said, if you're asking if it can be done, you're probably not at the level where you could pull it off.

You want to be at the club where girls want to be... not where guys get good bottle deals.

Either one. Tryst is a mini version of XS but well liked, and XS is a super mega club. I'd go with XS so you can at least experience it.

XS. Tryst is very nice, but XS is on a totally different scale.

XS is essentially Tryst to another level.. bigger and better...

From what I remember... anything at LAX on the main floor looks like a good spot. I would not want to be on the second level.

I had a small table for four on the main floor. We were right next to a set of stairs down to the dance floor. I like that, we could see everyone who was heading down to dance. Some might of called it a poor table because there was a pillar next to use... but I liked it... It help me up later on. Something to lean on when I was wasn't standing on the couch.

I like pillars. Good dancing spot.

I have just enquired about a table at tao and was quoted $700 (2 bottle minimum) but was told it was just a regular table, when i asked for a table in the main room in a prime location i was told it would be a $2000 minimum! I am going to go with the $2000 minimum and have a mega night!
