Suggestions for Feb 17-21

So there's a group of 3 girls and 2 guys hitting up Vegas on the 17th (Wed) to 21st (Sun). We kinda mapped out which clubs we'd like to go to during this time, but of course we'd love to hear some suggestions (like which clubs would be better on which night) from those who are familiar with the Vegas scene.

Wed: LAX / LAVO
Thurs: TAO
Fri: JET
Sat: PURE / XS

Some other questions we have:
- Good idea to hit up more than one club per night? Obviously we don't want to wait too long to get into the second club.. or third... etc.
- Better to contact the club directly for guestlist (etc) or use one of those clubzone things?
- Anyone from Canada ever have any problems with using their drivers license for ID? just wondering 'cause we don't want to risk losing passports...

Any other advice you guys got would be awesome.

The clubs I would look at, JC's happening clubs for each specific night cause it is ever changing! My cousin did have a problem with his Canadian ID as he had a "New" drivers licence and the bouncer just said he did not like it and that he had seen all kinds of canadian ID, so he had to get his passport form the hotel. He had just turned 21 also so that might have been part of it. So if you have just turned 21 and you have a "N" license you might need a backup. I however have never had a problem with just my licence so it varies i guess???

We took a look at JC's list and that's how we based our list on.. but like you said it's always changing so we're thinking that we could get some suggestions from clubbers here. (Based on their personal experience of course.)

Yeah I have one of those "new" type AB licenses... damn guess I'm just going to have to be careful with my passport then!

I had no problem with the "new" BC license when I went. I did go through the JC contacts to get on the list (courtesy of the wife's name) and we had no trouble.

definitely go to more than one club per night.. since it's not all guys, it shouldn't take as long to get in, and if it looks like it'll take too long to get in to the second club, go have a drink somewhere and go back to the first club.. you have the stamp, so you can just get back in without lining up.

nope. never had problems with canadian drivers license. leave the passports in your safe.

I've never been to Pure, but I think you should go to Tao and XS on saturday night.

thanks for the help Kori. I think we'll go with your suggestion of Tao and XS on Saturday, and bump Pure to Friday.
