Craps is one of those games which is so streaky it's REALLY tough to get a gauge on which location has the "BEST GAME". It also depends on your definition of what a "GOOD GAME" is.

I've had two trips where the "GAME" was epic due to two different things:

    1) At the BELLAGIO a few years ago, I was at a table amongst 12 HONEST TO GOD PROFESSIONAL CRAPS PLAYERS who were 'working the table' like I have never seen. Starting with a $400.00 bank roll I walked away with nearly $4,800 after a 3 hour session with those guys. The funny thing is we made most of our money on a "Rookie" shooter from Germany who was making point after point. The guy actually rolled 4 consecutive "YO'S" (11) on a come out roll. *On the come out roll, I always put a "nickel" on the "YO" and the "C&E".

    2) At Caesars about 10 years ago, I was in a game of "Dice" with 10 New York business guys and my ex-wife (who was from Bronx). These guys were high rollers to the extreme...(playing Purple's on the pass line), while I was modest at $25.00, the Ex was playing MIN'S. I doubled my money in about an hour but what was "EPIC" about the game was when the Ex grabbed the dice to shoot. These guys were on her like stink on shit....

She was "lady luck" for sure and every time she hit a point (which was 8 times before she crapped out) one of the 'guys' would throw her a "BLACK CHIP" (for the efforts). They were entertaining, called out every slang term for 'Dice' and the dealers at Caesars followed along. It got so good at one point there was about 50 people watching the game. After we colored up, the Casino host offered us a suite upgrade... Not because of our "PLAY" but because one of the 'Boyz' told him to...

Where ever you play, just make sure to find a table that fits you and your needs....

Mine one is 'Blackjack'.That one is really the most interesting game for me.Make hands as close to 21 with a 48 card deck. All hands of 21 win. Split hands and late surrender allowed.

        Not really a gambler, but....

First off, let me say that I'm not much of a gambler. I'll lose $50 or $100 and think "Man, I could bought some dinner with that money". Granted, I'm not lucky either...I once played at a casino where they had some crazy Lucky 7 or Lucky 13 blackjack table where ties lost. I thought to myself "How often do you tie in blackjack..." I lost with 20 four times in a row!!! Never again!!!

        With that being said....

CRAPS (My favorite game)-- Treasure Island
I've NEVER lost at a craps table in this joint. Now mind you, I'm not breaking the bank, but of the four or five times I've rolled the bones there (over the past 3 or 4 years) I've always walked out about $50 to $100 bucks ahead. (Like I said, I'm no serious gambler)

        BLACKJACK -- Nowhere
I'll never play that crooked game again!

        ROULETTE -- Monte Carlo
If you're gonna play...play smart! A single zero wheel cuts the house advantage from something like 5.2% to 2.6%.

        SLOTS -- Nowhere
Never trust a machine to determine when you win or lose!!

POKER -- MGM or GREEN VALLEY RANCH
MGM has a good mix of clueless tourists and real poker players, I don't kid myself...I ain't no "real" poker player. I'm looking out for the tourists whose poker experience is limited to ESPN broadcasts of the W.S.O.P. Hey, money's money no matter who you get it from.

I once sat at a $4 - $8 limit table at GREEN VALLEY RANCH just after midnight with a bunch of crazy folks (tourists and locals) with a penchant for telling dirty jokes. If you won a pot, you had to tell a dirty joke, if you didn't have one (or yours sucked) you had to tip the dealer an additional $5. Everyone was drunk and cutting up, one chick flashed a dealer instead of paying the "fine". Even the dealers were getting into the act and telling a few. I laughed so hard that night I almost wet my pants! The table kept the same 9 players until it broke up at 8:30 in the morning. It was RIDICULOUS!!

Palazzo is my favorite all around spot but there's something about the tables at TI that draws me in.

I have always been impressed with Casino Royale, Planet Hollywood, palm trees and flamingos. I found a craps players annoying. For both palms, I always do well, and the IP Casino Royale.Caesars and the Venetian is also a good craps. And I learned to play really SAR random guy who was sure to roll.

Craps- My favorite game. Learned to play in the Venetian 5 years ago, so I am partial. However, I sent back 2 years ago and just could not repeat the magic at the Venetian. Maybe it HAS to be 2am or later to do any good.
Also did well at NYNY a few years ago, and will probably revisit again in December. I gave PH and Casino Royale a shot...you gotta love the concept at CR. I look forward to revisiting there as well (but if my wife is with me, I will have to pass. That place can be tough to be in).

Blackjack - MGM Grand was good to my wife and I a few years ago. It was just us 2 and a guy from Jersey, real nice family man. We all sat there with some really nice dealers (the nicest was a hot Latina girl!) and managed to do pretty well. The outlet mall called my wife away though (I really really didnt want to leave).

Roulette - Only played this once, in Biloxi MS. Didnt do so hot, probably wont touch it again at least for a while. But great to know the Monte Carlo has the European style wheel!

Slots - Flamingo. Popped in here a few years ago during the day to play craps but it was slammed. So I found an older pull-handle slot in the back near a support beam and made a nice $235 profit.

Casino War - I'm not the biggest fan of this (there just is no strategy) but my wife LOVES it...and does quite well with it. I think MGM Grand was the only place that even still had it a few years ago. 5 years ago, it was at the Venetian where my wife took their money!

The model of online casino catalogs over the past 2?3 years has become structured according to usage scenarios. Previously, these were themes and genres. Now, they are patterns: quick sessions, gaming systems with cumulative logic, storylines. This is a very rational logic: it does not overwhelm with visuals but helps to "cling" to meaning. Navigation increasingly resembles not an encyclopedia but a map of possible actions. What do you think about the Glory Casino app? I am thinking of trying this mobile application to play online games. There is a fairly good selection here.
