def NOT in nyc, but to be honest there really isnt anything to get upgraded to. the hotels are all suite hotels or hotel room/penthouse suites and $20 aint gettin you into a penthouse.....the only way it would work is if your hotel was near water and you wanted a viewit's that time again, let's get #28 gentleman....for the boss -

Tangotango , there's always something that they can do for you for the 20 dollar slip. If not a room upgrade then drink tickets at the lounge or send up a fruit basket or whatever, they usually make it well worth the tip
