whats up guys? I did go MIA right after my last trip out west in October because of implosion issues with my company, we were almost a casualty of the lovely economy....but I am back and its full speed ahead, things are on the up and up and I look forward to contibuting more than ever. I will be posting a full review about the october trip and look forward to offering my advice going forward!!

ok here it goes guys!! we arrived on friday in oct at around 5pm. did the usual run around town catching up with friends stockpiling liquor for the rooms etc and arrive at the palms around 7....shower up right away and head down stairs to the island bar and start pounding, hang downstairs drinking and gambling till about 10 at which point we jump in a limo and head to mandalay bay to foundation room....hang at foundation room until I am seeing triple about 3am and we head back to palms for a little more drinking and gambling hit the sack at about4:30am for a little cat nap until 8:30......still drunk i realize I left NY at 2pm and didnt eat anything since about 10am ny time so its been about 24 hours. So needless to say I go down grab a bite to eat and realize college football is on already and head right to the book to place all my bets........here is where it starts getting really interesting. Me and my buddy bet a 4 team parlay to win about 3K we win the first three games and the last game is the michigan penn state, we have michigan getting 26.5 michigan is up by 3 with 3 minutes left in the 3rd 1/4.........DONE!!! our asses are making it rain at the pool throwing back bottles, hell we just won 3K..........HOLD UP NAH AHHHHH NOT SO FAST!!! michigan loses by 29, so what to do BUT drink more in complete shock at the way it unraveled. Anyway we have a great time at the pool until about 6 or so before getting ready for the night and hitting up little buddha for some dinner. right after dinner we go over to wynn where we have a table reserved at tryst BUT its only about 730 so we hit the bar right outside the door I think it might be parasol up??? at this point we are out of our minds but under control(if that makes sense) you know just having a good time getting the whole place going a little being loud comical Nyers. While at the bar we end up befriending a couple sitting next to us and it turns out their both b-list celebs from LA and we invite them down to our table for a complete night of debauchery we end up meeting a bunch of people staying at the palms so we plan a pool party the next day. patrick frank hooked us up with my usual table on the lake. we partied here until 3:30 am head back to palms for more gambling and call it a night at about 4am. 10 am my phone rings and its the couple from the night before telling us be at the pool in 20 minutes....DONE.... head down to the pool where we meet up with the couple from tryst and carry on with the partying, they had flights out that evening but we werent letting it happen we made them change their flights to the next day (I can just imagine the southwest operators faces while getting drunks calling to change their flights). we literally get pushed out of the pool by security at 5 or 6 whatever time the pool closes on a sunday (they were actually really cool for how drunk we were). we end up at the bar at palms place, its a cool place to chill but there was noone else in the joint. we have few drinks here and plan a dinner at social house (the bartender actually called and made the reservations for us). This was the best meal I have ever had, we did a omikase it was absolutely outrageous. At this point i am on my last legs so we head back to the plams hang for a little at the island bar and then go up to playboy, which is a great spot but to be completely honest I couldnt fully enjoy it....it actually got hopping at around 1am or so but I called it a night at about 3 due to liver failure, no brain cells and my body in complete shutdown. overall it was one of the best trips out, total sleep hours amounted to approx 11 hours in 3 nights, which is right on target for a good vegas trip. sorry for the worls longest run-on sentence but hell its not a grammar test.

nyc, glad you're back..I'm a long time lurker, and was awaiting your review for some time now! Can you do me a favor and give your advice for Memorial Day weekend? I was wondering what clubs are happening now, and any advice you could give is appreciated!

TAO you will want to hit, LAX will be poppin, those 2 you cant go wrong with!

chivegas welcome aboard. You really cant go wrong on memorial day weekend. Few things I would suggest: First make sure you hit up a pool party(rehab, bare, ditch) at least one day you will be glad you did! next I am a huge proponent of TRYST and I cant rave enough about Patrick Frank. I am hearing that this new place in encore (xs) is top notch and run by the waites bros and victor drai as well. and like EG said you cant go wrong with tao and LAX.....another happening place will be palms where you could prob spend all weeekend w/out leaving between ghostbar, playboy, rain, casino bar and ditch fridays and just the scene. trust me youre gonna have a great time! is this your 1st vegas trip?

Engineer: yeah, I was thinking about a table at TAO, because I have some Vegas virgins, and I think that would be a great "first time" Vegas club. You are on point as usual ...nyc:
this will be my 9th trip to Vegas, I try to go at LEAST once a year...I just want to make sure I don't go to a "USED to be hot" vegas club...I definitely want to be around the eye candy. After table at Tao guys, I'm thinking a Rehab cabana...anyone have a Rehab cabana name I should call? And i've heard good things about Tryst, but is it worth it on Friday?

tryst is definitely worth it on friday I have never been there when it was a bad time.....and I was there on like december 20 one year and it was still a good time. I dont know a vip off hand at rehab but i can get one from one of my other hooks ill get back to you with that
