Itinerary critique/advice

Hey guys,
I'm planning a trip for my 21st with a few buds April 14-19th. I've made up a little itinerary, wondering if you guys could give me any recommendations, tips, suggestions, anything pretty much would be great!

You're going to have a blast. Couple of suggestions: Tao Thursday night...I'm sure more people will also suggest this.

Be very flexible: the best laid plans are made to be broken.

I didn't see any shows on there. I highly recommend seeing some shows, the Cirque shows are my favorite.

Also, I haven't gone there but it seems that most people do all four of the palms clubs in one night with the wristbands. Seems kinda like a bit much to be going back to the Palms twice in a row IMO. There's a lot of other clubs to visit too!

Is the 14th your birthday? Or do you turn 21 before that?

Thanks for the reply. I figured it would probably make more sense to do the Palm clubs in one night.. I turn 21 the 9th, my buddy who's also turning 21 turns the 14th.

BTW, I want to know how IP is, cause I might have to stay there for AOD in May!

Yeah I will let you know for sure! Any other clubs you recommend? From the way I see it keeping TAO and XS are a must, especially with a table/bottle service.

since you have a couple sushi options (little buddah is great) and you stick with palms clubs on thursday as well then check out n9ne steakhouse...

and also not a bad idea to leave a night unplanned to just let things fall into place, then its all a surprise, chances are half your plans may be scrapped depending on how drunk you or your friends get or people you meet and want to hang out with. Example, I went with Dnix and Nassau last july, we had dinner res's a few nights, missed them everytime and actually never ate dinner until 5am.....which I dont recommend.. ok maybe for 1 night.

you have way to much planned. if you do have of that stuff, Id say you didnt party hard enough.

Wed: wasted space
Thur: Tao or Tryst possibly Vanity
Fri: ditch friday (if open) and all of the palms clubs ($60 wristband)
Sat: looks good
Sun: BE is closed Vanity, XS, or the Bank

I agree with dnix, try not to plan out a meal schedule, its not really a vaca if tyoure constantly on a schedule and youll regret it, I say go with the flow during the days, have places to eat in mind but no reservations and go when youre in the mood or have the time....its vegas party as much as you can and leave the daytime stuff up in the air

Few questions:

With the Vip wristband @ the Palms is there usually a long wait?

What are the chances of Patrick F. being my actual host @ the XS? I've been chattin with him through emails, and from the way it seems he's talking as if he's gonna be my actual host, but I read in the link posted above, that it would most likely be some other host?

patrick will most likely not be there, but he does jump back and forth between tryst and xs (being at tryst more) but if things are getting slow at tryst he may start being at xs more.

with the wristband the line isnt long at all usually just a wait for the elevator.

I dont think the ressies are an absolute necessity at any of the restaurants listed

I've stayed there before. It's not horrible..and it does have great location.

The casino is pretty smoky. The room is just like your basic motel six or whatever.

The one plus is that we got a basic room and while we had zero view, we did have a decent sized balcony. That's almost unheard of in Vegas. Perfect for flirting with the neighbors and making it rain with the two hundred or so of those prostitute cards I collected. I still have video of that. Awesome.

How can I make sure I get in touch with a good host through Patrick to make sure my reservation doesn't get bumped or anything like that?

Also, between TAO and XS which do you guys like better with a table and without a table?

if your reservation is with Patrick it is not getting bumped as long as you get there by 1030-1045. Just shoot Patrick a text the day of at around 4pm and confirm it with him, and if he is not at XS when you arrive he will direct you as to who to ask for.

as for xs tao, id choose XS with a table AND without a table, but i know there are alot of people that will say Tao....kind of a toss up
