Clubs to visit

Hey what's up. new to this site but already I can tell it's awesome. everyone seems friendly and likes having a goodtime.

Im taking a few friends to vegas that have never been, so I wanna make sure I show them the best time. I've been but its been a few years so I probably know nothing now about the nightlife. I was wondering if you could do me a favor and tell me the best clubs to go to on Thursday, Friday, Sat. & Sun in your opinion (we like hip-hop/r&b/pop) Also what about pool parties. Which ones should we go to on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. Thank you soooo much.

Also depends on when you're going. Make sure the pool parties are actually open.

Keep us updated empathy23 on how your trip goes. I'm going with a group of guys this spring and we prefer the same music (must be hip-hop, r&b, and pop). no techno please.

From my experience, you want to go to a club that plays mostly top 40/Hip Hop. Although you can argue there are hot girls everywhere in Vegas, in my opinion, the best looking girls are at places that play this kind of music and quite frankly it's what I enjoy anyways.

I would reccomend doing the PALMS Pass and check out the 3 clubs, primarily Moon, at the Palms.

I've also enjoyed JET, which I hear can be hit or miss, but I've always had fun there.

My best advice is to call ahead of time and ask about the DJ and what kind of music will be played.

I'm going to be honest... the whole "ease of getting guys in" to the Palm's clubs is a real turn off for me.... I've been to Rain/Moon/PB twice in the past... the first time was a blast (probably the most fun experience I've had)... the second was a major bust... dude ratio was out of control.

That doesnt necessarily mean it had something to do with the wristbands. The palms doesnt exactly have the top clubs in Vegas. Id say there mid-level. The ONLY reason I go to those clubs is Cost + Variety + Ease of getting in. I dont think Id ever get a table at one of those places.

I agree... It's a nice place to take friends that don't get to vegas as often as many of us. You get to check out four different places... with very little hassle getting in. And I don't remember a huge number of dudes. Not like it matters... there's hot girls at every club... every night.
