You know as a late night chow place planet dailies does a decent job, I quite liked their main bar but that is around about, much the rest was blah. I was not keen on their hotel. the room in my opinon was dark and dingy - when checked in there was blood on the bed sheets - clearly on the outside the staff must have been asleep. Took over 2 hours to sort that one out.

But for location it wasn't bad.

Dont think I am going to cry one way or the other with harrahs taking it over.

The buffet in PH is pretty good. That's about the only thing I can think of I like about that place.

Does that mean Prive is going to be shut down again cause its not family appropriate?

Ceasers has Pure, Paris has Risque, and Rio has Vodoo. Doubt Harrahs will remove it.

Oh man...whoever brought up "we should buy Planet Hollywood" in the corporate meeting should be shot. That parcel of land and every hotel that has been on it since has had a curse on it. I'd go into greater detail, but this article of everything that happened to it prior to becoming PH should be a pretty good read!

when will corporate boards figure out to stop placing members by way of cronyism, but rather by business experience, decisions and work ethic?

Harrahs got the approval to take ownership of Planet Hollywood, not just operate the hotel for the old owners. Should be integrated into the Harrahs Total Rewards program by end of march/april.
