So during the night we got pretty wasted. Neal turns to me and tells me to keep an eye on Ray cause he's really drunk. I turn around and Ray is gone. I have no idea where he is. So I go to the bathroom to see if he's in there. Not there. Since we were staying at the Palazzo I assumed he just left the club and went up to the room. Before our night started I made sure that everyone remembered our room number and what floor we were staying on.
So Charyl and I leave the club around 3am and head back to the room to look for Ray. He wasn't there. Where the hell can he be?
So we went back downstairs and Charyl came up with the idea to ask the security guy that checks for keycards before they let you into the elevator. We told him we lost a friend and described him. So he radios sercurity. I mention our room number and he says " oh yeah... I know who your looking for" He's coming right now. So we wait for Ray at our elevator.
Ray rolls up in style. Security told us that they found him on Las Vegas Blvd hugging a fence. LOL. That day I found out that when Ray drinks he is a Magic man..
"now you see him now you don't"

I do have a question - how'd you get the Palazzo room comped? Time on the tables?

I have a players card with them and am signed up to receive emails from them about deals.

I am not a heavy gambler imo. I think overall I have probably played about 2-500 dollars there.

They originally emailed me deals. first $99 a night.

a few weeks later $69 a night

then they email me free rooms from 2-4 nights. This promotion is call Winter Wonderland (i think)

if you are signed up. All you do is log in. Click the promotion link and book your room. It show a $0 balance if you choose the selected nights.

On selected dates. Mostly Sun-Thurs with some selected Fri-Sat.

They have a phone number you can call them at to ask for deals. I think it's 1-877 2grazie.

I think you can sign up for a free online. I have played alot more at mgm but they have never offered me comped rooms.
I can only assume that the venetian/palazzo are hurting in this economy.

The Winter Wonderland promotion: They said I can use the free comps as many times as I like till March. As long as the rooms are available on the dates they provide.

I have never had anyone offer me free rooms. So that's why I jumped on this for the hell of it.

It's free why not... I think i have a card for every casino on the strip except imperial palace.
