Hello everyone! I hope everybody's having a great night. I was given a heads up that I should come in and introduce myself. I'm from calgary, alberta. I've been to vegas 3 times and it was all between feb'09-july'09. I love that city to pieces! I'm going back again with a girl that i work with march 31- april 5 and im already doing a countdown. I always stay in the mgm but were looking to stay in a new hotel this time, if anyone has some solid suggestions let me know. Ciao!

Welcome to the site. Plenty of info here and dont be afraid to ask questions. From what most people say mgm is a little out dated. A lot of people here like the palms even though its off strip there is a good vibe there.

thanks everyone! so i looked into the palms and you may all be right, it does seem better. its just that the beds at mgm are soooo comfy. but i guess i don't really sleep so it shouldnt even matter lol.

i've definitely heard good thigns about ph as well. However, i looked up some pics of the rooms at the palms and other such things and now i kind of have my heart set on it. I'm the one organizing it (that way everything will actually be taken care of, can't trust anyone else to do it) so it will probably be the palms. seems like an amazing hotel. thanks for your help guys! Hopefully some of you will be down there at that time!
