i have booked a skybox for me and my pals on fri night i was wondering wether i am to tip the host or the waitress or both and how much ?

Tip the host that seats you (normally around 20/head) and I suggest tipping the waitress after the bill is paid, because sometimes they add gratuity automatically to the bill and you don't wanna tip her twice. -
So if i have a table for 3 people would i be right in thinking that we should tip the host $20 each, maybe the waitress $10 each and the bouncer for our area $10 each? Or should we be tipping the waitress and bouncer more?Comment

The 20% tip for the waitress is usually included in the bill already. I also like to tip the runner something small too.Comment
