Tip the host that seats you (normally around 20/head) and I suggest tipping the waitress after the bill is paid, because sometimes they add gratuity automatically to the bill and you don't wanna tip her twice.
So if i have a table for 3 people would i be right in thinking that we should tip the host $20 each, maybe the waitress $10 each and the bouncer for our area $10 each? Or should we be tipping the waitress and bouncer more?

By bouncer do you mean the security around your table or the guy that lets you into the club?
Do what Nyce suggested, $20/pp to the host that walks you to your table, $20 for the security guy that watches your table and %20 to the waitress. What does everyone else think? Sound about right?
