May Invasion Update!

Schedules are still pending..... but for May, Tao Beach is offering to host the welcoming party with a table area, open bar, and obviously no cover. They want to do similar things at Lavo and Tao as well.

Have a meeting scheduled with N9NE Group next week, I'm sure they will offer something similar.

David said people were calling around looking for group hotel rates. Need any help with that? Palms reached out a couple of months ago.

I'm sure you can pull better strings than we can for a group rate and we'd appreciate everything and anything to make it less expensive to stay. So we can spend more money on booze!

ok heres what im gonna throw into the mix. I will reach out to Palms, HR and Rio (since like dnix said they are the most mentioned) and give them the info and work something out, by Feb 1 I will def have a deal hammered out. I am going to push for everyone to be on the same floor and haggle to get the best possible price.....thanks JC, ill be in touch.

Planet Hollywood is pretty booked (except for some of the really shitty basic basic rooms with only a king, or at at least this is what the website lead me to believe), but I figure if anyone can get things done it's Colton, Chapp, Dnix and Nyc
