Security entrances at clubs?

hi me and my gf are going to vegas dec 19-24, just wondering if most clubs have like metal detectors or pat down guys before they go into clubs to make sure they dont have weapons? what clubs have the least "ghetto" people in them? like you know, people who just look like they are there to start drama with you if u accidently happen to lock eyes with them (oh no!!! ) is there enough security in most clubs to stop fights or drama right away?

im from phx and go to clubs in scottsdale alot with my beautiful, sexy, funny, amazing gf!.(mainly axis radius, love the ice cold fog they shoot down at the dance floor)

But lately there seems to have been alot of people coming from a club called the Buzz and shady ghetto people like black guys who will take up room on the dance floor and just stand there and get mad at me and my gf when we bump into them or try to get them to move when we are dancing. (i mean seriously, if u aint gonna dance and just gonna stand in the middle of dance floor to stare up at the go go dancers or mean mug a group of white girls who shoot you down then get off the floor! wtf!) Its not just a black thing either its brown and white peeps do it to, but just seems like its gettin more ghetto and tons of drama and fights going down inside clubs here in phx and scottsdale.

I was thinking the same thing, but anyways its vegas everyones out to have a good time there really isnt too much trouble. no metal detectors or pat downs.....just have fun, dont lock eyes with people and youll be fine.

haha most vegas clubs don't have many "ghetto" people in them considering the strict dress code requirements and the cost of clubbing. But ghetto attitude can be found anywhere

i kknow we will be bumping into people. i meant to say bumping into people or guys who will just be standing in the middle of the dance floor thinking that is a reasonable place to stand and drink when really its a place for people to be dancing at. sorry for the newb question. lol

ha ha ha. yeah i heard that club is gay...not that theres anything wrong with that!...just sayin i dont see the point of guys going to clubs if they cant even grow a pair and get up and try to dance with ladies on the floor. u know those guys who are standin up against the wall, they should just go to a lounge or something. lol

No clue. My guess is cause the clubs are in hotel/casinos and in Vegas casinos have eyes everywhere, so you're gauranteed to get caught/major trouble if you pull a gun/knife out.

IMHO: Tryst seemed to me to be the most 'mature' and Pure the least. I felt that that element was more prevalent at Pure, but it didn't really mean much to me.

As to the security situation; my friend and I were talking about that and I guess they trust that the airport screeners must've done a really good job! Kinda strange though; why would you ask that? Are you packing heat into the club cause you've had that much drama?
