The time is finally here!

Only 28 more days till i'll be in Vegas for my 21st i'm so pumped! Still deciding on where to to BS for my birthday. Its on a sunday so its right now between XS, The Bank, or now Vanity. When should I start contacting the host's to inquire about my table? I'm done with finals next week and was thinking after then I would send out a few emails and see what I can get. The group for my birthday is 8 of us. 4 guys, 4 girls. Ages range alot, i am the youngest got a couple of friends going that are 25 and then mom and dad and aunt who are 45ish. They are going out for the BS on the birthday and I am not really to worried about planning it around a place they will have fun, they will be fine with whatever I pick so i'm just trying to decide. I have read on here that the bank is great on sundays and is always PACKED. I really want it to be busy where we are but i also want to enjoy myself. I am worried with it being the off season and XS being so big that it will be empty. Also Vanity sounds sweet but am wondering if their prices will be way Jacked up because of it just being opened. Do you think that it's rude to ask if I could get a buy 2 get one in any of the emails as it is my 21st? I am assuming we will have to get 3 bottles as there is 8 of us but i'm worried about that because I know that a couple of people going wont drink all that much. Any chance of getting a 2 bottle min? I guess if I get a b2g1 it wouldnt matter much anyways. I would like to spend no more than 2,000 after everything for the night, is this doable? Thanks in advance I'm so excited and have been reading up alot lately to get ready!

Dnix was predicting that Vanity will most likely be a hot spot for sundays... thats because hard rock owned sundays imo... i dont think you can go wrong with either Vanity or Bank... From my understanding of things most new/hottest clubs have a hard time giving out deals while they are new/hot since they are trying to make their money back... however it never hurts to ask and you never know you might get it... imo 2000 should be enough... and The Bank should also be fun... JC himself has a table there on sundays... plus i think the host at the bank may be willing to work out a deal with ya...

Im glad did your research too its your 21st bday and you already knew that xs was really big and might not be packed well done

My vote goes to Vanity since it'll be the new hot spot. Second being the Bank. I went to the bank and i thought it was real nice inside.

i loved the bank on sunday but if i were going when you are i'd want to check out vanity since it's new. either way you can't go wrong!

Thanks for the input everyone! Hard toss up now. Want to check out vanity but and wondering what BS will cost being that its so new. I'm hoping that bc im going after NYE that maybe it will be a slower week and the prices wont be so jacked. XS is still tempting tho. I still havent made up my mind yet. Should I email the host of all of them and see what happens? When should I email them? Would it be ok to inquire later this week, im booking the table for Jan 10th. Will my min be 2 or 3 for 8 people?

When do you arrive? It sounds like your heart really wants to do XS. Have you considered talking to a host and greasing the way in after midnight on Saturday night (Sunday AM). It would be a way in if you are there and still seeing XS full.

Get in about 5 on saturday night. Have kinda thought of that but that night i was thinking that we would just bar hop because i didnt want to have the older fam that is there with me have to go out to the clubs 2 nights in a row but maybe they will just want to go to bed bc there is a time difference (live in Michigan) and by the time i turn 21 itll be 3 am our time. Send them to bed and go to XS, doesnt sound like to bad of an Idea hahhaa. I do really want to check out XS in its fullest, had also been thinking if we didnt do BS there on sunday maybe go monday for industry night?

You don't have to "set it up" now. You can just email each of the hosts, mention you're thinking about checking out the place and wanted to inquire about bottle prices/mins/deals for your specific dates and party size.

You should go ahead and e-mail all hosts and ask cost of reserving tables and bottle minimiums, and then make a decision. I personally got on the guest list at 2 different venues for Sun Jan 3'rd and will make final decision that weekend.

got emails back from Vanity and The Bank so far. Havent heard from Patrick Frank yet from XS. Vanity seems to being the minimum spend thing. They said minimums start at 1000 and move up from there. The banks bottles are starting at 475 (545 for goose). Told me I could get a min of 2 bottles for 9 people. Waiting to hear back form XS but as of now the bank is looking the best to me. 2 Btl min seems awesome for 9 people not to mention that Chloe Bruce seems really nice and helpful!

So I have yet to get an email back from Patrick Frank, think i will shoot him one more before i decide but most likely i'll be picking the bank. I will however wait to hear what people thought of vanity before i book. I also have a another question. So I wont be 21 until midnight on saturday. I was thinking it might be fun to do the palms wristbands that night, would i be able to purchase the wristband before turning 21 and use it after midnight when i am 21?
