Palms Wristbands - Help please!

Hello! I am headed to Vegas this week and have read about wristbands at the Palms to get into Playboy/Rain/Moon/Ghostbar and jump the line. I have also read that you can't ever jump the line even w/ the bands. So what exactly is the deal w/ the Palms wristbands? Are they worth paying for or not? THANK YOU!

You jump the line OR if there happens to be a lot of people with wristbands you get in the wristband line. Even so, the wristband line moves before all the other lines. So it's a win-win if that's the case. Occasionally you might run into someone new who doesn't know the deal, but that's rare and you just go to a different guy that does.

The palms wristbands work great. They may move you to a line of wristband wearers, but you're still in within a few minutes. As opposed to hopping on line and waiting. Trust me, big difference.

thank you! so i think i'm going to go w/ putting my name on the guest lists for the various palms clubs/bars and buying a wristband for my b/f. hopefully it all works out!

never been to any of the clubs in the palms but i keep hearing good things about them and the wristband. Can anyone tell me what kind of music is played at the clubs and how much are the wristband? Thanks in advance

I was thinking of going to the Palms on Sat Dec 5 but there is a UFC that night there so will it be harder to get in and also I heard you can get an open bar with the VIP wristbands for more money, what is that all about?

The open bar is usually around 60 dollars per person more and is hosted by some kind of spirit. I've only seen it done at rain and its located on the top floor in the skybox area behind the dj. Basically you get an extra wristband at the stuff store and show that to your bartender and you'll get free drinks from usually 11p-2a. They also provide champagne if thats your kinda thing. Note the hosted bar only comes with one type of spirit.

Yea when we went it was Kettle One Vodka which isn't bad.... and this includes mixing with Red Bull which is awesome. so if your a vodka person than just don't pre game and head out there to have a blast!

Another awesome thing about the wristband is you only need to get your bf one cause you can just walk right in with him. When you go up to the wristband line just tell them your with him and he has a wristband and no waiting for you without the wristband! Like nyc said... JC.com tested and approved!!! I've also personally used it and on a holiday weekend!

the only reason to buy them online is if your going to ditch, otherwise save some dough and buy them at the stuff store next to rain
