Geez, it's day one and the night hasn't really even begun for me, KC! Actually, been using twitter anyway - /bdm155 there - since it's easier to get upload on my phone. Mirage kind of screwed up my plans when they didn't have my room ready until 3PM. Even though the flight was nice n' comfy, I needed to crash hard AND get my recovery supplies from Walgreens... So that delayed things quite a bit. Just about to get ready to go to the Hard Rock - not sure whether to go to BE or WS tonight. I guess I'll see which one's more favored after the Centerbar visit... One interesting thing I noticed while waiting for my room to be ready was that there were lots of couples in tuxes/wedding dresses - is this some sort of shotgun wedding/eloping week or something? I, uh, don't want to end up married at the end of this trip if that's the case! (enough of a live update?)

Currently outside the smallish cluster outside of BE - decided (after a long island & a tokyo tea) to go with BE over WS since this'll be the last time there for me before they turn it to an afterhour's... Though, a visit to WS tonight isn't out of the question.

Aria, yeah, the host at BE confirmed that after NYE, BE will afterhours only (host I talked to was Andrew Flynn, probably the host of the new HRH club too?). Down to my third vodka/7-up... Good crowd so far, even this early. The DJ, Scotty Boy, is spinning well.

It's a lot easier to post live updates on Twitter than logging into the forums and doing it that way. At least it's a pain on my phone. I use Tweetie 2 and it's so quick.

Hrm... The title of this thread is apropos as I think I called it quits around 1-2AM last night - didn't pace myself at all and I think my internal warning system told me to get out before something ugly happened... Or I left WS and was going to go back to BE, but went for a taxi instead... Not quite sure, but all I know is I woke up in my bed at 4AM in the clothes I went out in. No biggie, still have the next five days.
