you just joined this site 2 mons agos, so obviously you werent using the info from this site 3yrs ago.

I dont doubt your story at all. Vegas is hurting and you were the pilot group. Im no "high roller", and harrahs gives me my hotels for FREE. Hopefully, you got a players card, so can get that benefit too, and save even more money.

for the services though, did you have to pay for the tables and stuff that they reserved for you in advance? The way I read it, it looks like you have to pay in advance.

No actually, we paid at the end for all the Harrah's stuff and as we went along for external stuff.

Like you say, i think the purpose is

A- to get bums on seats
B- Their strengths are entertainment in multiple facilities, so promote them to groups and make the process easier for large groups- as the irish guy alluded to in another thread

So how much did you gamble before they started giving you hotels for free??? I'm just asking cause I wanted to know how much I exactly gotta put down before they start giving me that treatment and if it's worth it. Also do you play tables or slots?

Craps mainly. Sometimes a table game but not very often. Always $5 tables.

Comps aren't tough to come by with HET at all. I'm pretty much a low roller (play mostly VP, some nickel slots and then 5 dollar roulette and let it ride) and I can usually get a free room at Imperial Palace, Bally's, Rio, Flamingo or pretty good discounted rates at CP and Paris whenever I want.

No I mean like dinner comps or something at like caesars or paris or mirage cause I only dropped about $100 on the one day I gambled and I don't think I got anything well other than discount rates to the hotels but I think everyone gets that.
