Since when is any part of City Center even open? Their so in debt its unbelievable. Not paying any bills.

Its EVERYTHING. Their going to have hotels, residences, condos, shopping malls, casino, movie theater. Its going to be like a self sustaining little city.

Zinger! haha. This is true. If City Center doesnt succeed then MGM will go under. They put all their money into it. Its a huge gamble. But hey, Vegas is for gambling right?

all of their money is an understatement....they had to have dubai bail them out......trust me the oil men of dubai are no dummies, I will guarantee the agreement is rock solid in favor of the dubai group whereby they get a majority stake in mgmmirage if they dont get a certain return on a certain date.....mgms fate has been sealed, it will still be mgm with dubai owning it, quickest way for them to enter the vegas market.

Speaking of which, their planning on putting the next world tallest building in Miami. If they pull this off i will drive by it every day on the way home from work.
