Cheshire UK Lads in Vegas April 2010 Needs Advice

Hi guys hope everyone is well! I am looking for some advice regarding Bars Clubs and pool parties in Vegas. Basically me and 11 friends (all male) all in our late 20's are coming to Vegas next year for my brothers bachelor party. We are going to be arriving on Tuesday 20th April 2010 and leaving on Monday 26th April, so we are there for 6 nights.
We are all Staying in the MGM Signature because its got a great review on trip advisor and I haven't heard a bad review for that hotel yet!
Seeing as it is my brothers stag do I am in charge of making it the best trip possible.
The plan that I have come up with so far is:
Tuesday 20th April: Pure
Wednesday 21st April: Lavo
Thursday 22nd April: Tao or Tyrst
Friday 23rd April: Bare at the Mirage in the day and Tao or Tyrst in the evening
Saturday 24th April: Wet Republic in the day and XS in the evening
Sunday 25th April: Tao Beach in day and The Bank in the evening
I know a lot of you guys will be thinking that we will possibly be dead after our 3rd night but honestly we are all hardcore and love a party.

Right the questions which i need help with are:

How much would I be looking at for a table based on 4 in any of the above mentioned clubs?
What kind of tip should we be looking at. (obviously we are from England and you don't really tip for table service in England)
How much are the bungalows and Cabanas roughly at the pool parties and what is the difference between them?
Do the Bungalows and Cabannas work on a minimum spend basis, or are you actually paying directly for them?
Do you think we would be hitting the right clubs and pool parties on the right days?
Where are the best tables situated in Tao, Tyrst, XS, Pure, The Bank?
Where are the best Cabanas and Bungalows situated and Bare, Wet Republic and Tao Beach?
If we get a table for 4 will other friends be able to join us?
Would it be worth our while using a V.I.P hosting company or is it better to speak to the clubs directly, reason I ask this question is because there is a large group of us and I am afraid if we go to the club directly they may kick us back?
Also clubs get mentioned a lot but what are the best bars to start the night in before we move onto the clubs?

I know its still along way away till we go but I figured the more information I have about clubbing in Vegas the better our experience will be!

whoa, ok let me try to attack this for ya: for a table of 4 youd be looking at about $1100, thats including all except the tip to the host you book the table thru which would be about $100 .

every pool party is different and the minimums are different at every place as wells as for different times of the year. sometimes there will be a minimum and sometimes there will be a cabana fee, it varies.

Based on your plan, yes you are hitting the right clubs on the right nights, id say tao on thursday and tryst on friday. However keep in mind that there is a slew of new venues opening in the new year so things might be different come april.

best table locations are as follows: Tryst: by the waterfall Tao: in the main room Pure: in my opinion is by the main dance floor on the stage Bank: second level over looking dance floor.

if you get a table for 4 others will be able to join you, but it might be difficult for 7 other guys to get in.

DO NOT use a host company, make all the plans yourself utilizing the hosts from this site. if you use a host co. it will bankrupt you if money is an issue, if you want to ensure entry for everyone you can reserve a few tables and the minimums will go up accordingly. 1 bottle every 3 people, so if youre going to book a table for 4 you might as well book it for 6 at least then 2 more people are getting in with you.

the best bars to start off are any of them, but if youre looking to save some money look at the open bars offered by spyonvegas, they get crowded but it can be fun. otherwise any casino bar will be a good time especially with 11 people.

Thanks nyc2vegas that information is brilliant. I know there will be a few new clubs opening such as in the aria resort which i am really looking forward to hearing about. One question which i did forget to ask is what time of the year do the pool parties start?

right around the time you are going, the pool scenes will be great in late april!

if you hang around here until you go, you will have the time of your life....by then you wil have all the hooks you need and youll know vegas in and out!

Welcome.... Listen to nyc's advice, he won't steer you wrong. One thing I noticed it lavo for one of your nights, from what I've heard it's an "ok" place but nothing too crazy. If I were you I'd consider changing that to a different club.

Also by then Im sure Palms will have Ditch Fridays going down so I'd recommend that for a friday along with either tables or wristbands. For that many people wristbands might be worth it more because it'll get your whole crew into all the clubs at Palms with little to no lines!

Like everyone said, if you stick around here long enough you'll have no problems organizing your trip.

One of the reasons why I chose Lavo for mid week is because I figured it would break us all in gently and plus from what I can make out its their industry night although if any one can suggest anywhere else better please feel free to share!
You all have to remember we all live in the UK so its not like we can come back the following week that is why its really important that we do hit the right clubs on the right nights!
