I need Bottle Service Tipping Advice

Ok gang, I've hooked up with J-Roc for 4 bottles (16 people) at Moon on Halloween night. He quoted me a price of $375 per bottle plus tax and tip which is gonna come out to about $500 a bottle not including J Rocs tip. I budgeted $300 for that. Is it too much? Too little? Also, should I just put the cash in his hand when I see him or is there some sort of etiquette I should use?

I'm really want to do this right and not sully the JC forum name.

J-Roc is good people. You take care of him and he will take care of you.

I usually tip a veteran host like him $100-$200 when its only two or three in my group. I really don't know what's appropriate for a group that size, but I'm sure someone here does. I'd lean towards $400. Also, put some or all in his hand right away. You can always give more later!

Anyway, have fun! I'm sure better replies are coming. And, please, try not to discredit the JC forum reputation. (meaning you must leave in a wheel chair if at all possible)
