going to Vegas for halloween & lookin to party

im going with two other people...and for me it may not be as fun since the two other people are a couple. lol.
we need more people to make it a party!

so im looking to party it up with other people as well...any ideas which clubs will be banging?

another question...is it mandatory to dress up for halloween in vegas? like will i get into a club if im not dressed up i just dont have a costume ":/
