where are the best bars to hangout and drink prior to going out? try to include places with good crowds, deals to be had, food etc.
I will start off with NINE, its a great spot to chill before hitting up the clubs especially if your going out in the palms. the bartenders are cool, social and will buy back AND they can hook you up with entrance to rain, ghostbar playboy etc.,great crowd and the food is great to boot.
