Happening, yet not too crowded

Hi, I have been browsing/searching on these forums about nightclubs on Halloween night. It seems like everyone is hyping up XS/Tryst, but it sounds like it would probably be a bit too much trouble for my tastes. Can anyone recommend some tasteful, bars/lounges/nightclubs, with attractive people, for a few cool 28-year-old guys? A place reasonable to get into without dropping hundreds is ideal. Nightclubs are fine as long as it's not 100% club thumping and has some social possibilities.

We were thinking about just picking a hotel with the most opportunities within walking distance; maybe we can make friends with some cool ladies to help us get in some place easier. Is that a bad game plan for Sat night on Halloween? What hotels are all the 20-30 somethings staying? Any advice would be VERY greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Saturday night on halloween, I would highly suggest checking out Tao. Have you looked into getting on the guestlist with Lars? Where is your hotel anyway?

Yup, Tao is still a mega club..but when the going gets rough at XS/Tryst its a great second option.

Thanks for the Tao suggestion. I'm assuming the guest list is closed for them on Halloween Saturday as well? What hotels do you recommend for the 20-30 something age group? We'd prefer something not too far from the evening's final destination.

Well the Venetian is where Tao is located at. Palazo, Wynn and Encore are walking distance. TI/Mirage is very close by as well. Pretty much across from the strip.

If you want a "hip/younger" hotel/casino I'd say stick with either Planet Hollywood or Palms. PH has a few smaller bars that might be what your looking for and Palms has 4 different venues you could hit up. Palms might be your best bet as you can get wristbands at wanttickets.com and just bounce around from 4 different spots. Ghostbar is more lounge and not too crowded and being Halloween it might be decent since your looking for smaller crowds.... but the best part if you can also shoot over to Playboy Club or Moon which are more ultra lougnes/clubs or hit up Rain if you want a more club spot. With the wristband you'll have those options and not have to worry about lines and dealing with that. They are JC member tested and approved!!!

Oh yeah and with both you guys sporting the wristbands you can pick up a few girls and get them in with you past the lines and that'll score you some points!

The guest list is open for Halloween night. Their big halloween party is on Friday night!

Thanks Cisco. Great information. You confirmed what I was thinking. I think we'll the VIP wristband and stay at The Palms. I noticed the event is closed on wanttickets.com. Does anyone know of another place to get the wristbands for Oct 31 or just show up and get them that day? Thanks again!

This is where you would have gone: http://www.wantickets.com/affiliates...880&e_id=68849 but it looks like their sold out. Halloween is kinda a big deal in Vegas. I'd suggest to give the Stuff store a call and see if it'd be possible to pick em up the day of but your going to have to do it as soon as they open if they have any wristbands.

If that all fails just hit up the hosts that Jack has listed and give them a call. See if/how they can help you out and be sure to tell them your going to take care of them.

The wristbands are solid and have been proven time and time again with many members of this site. That's probly why they sold out.
