Tipping Question

Girl and I are going to Vegas this weekend, got a res for bottle service at one of the majors for one bottle of 10 Cane. Haven't really done this before, what, and who, should I expect to tip? Bottle was $425 inc tax.

Any ideas?

I would expect to throw your host, or person that takes you to the table something, I usually throw them $100 but then again I go alot and want to be taken care of (especially on nights that they dont have any tables left). the tip to the server will be $85 which is usually included in the bill and then $20 each to the barbacks, or guys that bring the ice juice etc. now keep in mind this is what I tip. I suppose it varies from person to person.
