cameras in clubs

As i want to make the most complete and amazing trip report ever, i was wondering...

have the clubs in vegas got any policy on allowing video cameras? (we will be having bottle service)

27th December 2009 - 6th January 2010

Sun 27/12 - Body English
Mon 28/12 - Jet
Tue 29/12 - Pure
Wed 30/12 - Black Eyed Peas Concert + Tryst
Thu 31/12 - NYE!!! - JC Party @ Cathouse
Fri 01/01 - Moon
Sat 02/01 - XS
Sun 03/01 - The Bank
Mon 04/01 - TBC
Tue 05/01 - Blueman Group + Lavo
Wed 06/01 - Flight home!

I haven't seen anyone actually use a straight up video camera. Most people use their portable cameras or digital cameras that record videos. Usually the dudes holding up big cameras have press passes.

im sure if u walked into XS with a huge video camera, they would def say something.......just use your digi cam

ok sorry... a lost in translation i think. i dont mean some big camera...

i mean one of those small sony cameras... records to memory stick. size of a old style mobile (cell) phone.

fantastic! so they dont have a 'no photos / filming' policy.

been to a club in london which had that rule in place...

Alot of clubs frown on videocameras because of privacy reasons for some of their patrons. Nassau is always using the Flip Camera and it works great! Due to the low light conditions I would suggest getting a high intensity LED flashlight and use that as a light source. It also works great to clear a path when you are getting to and from the Bannyo!
