Hi All. Ive been lurking for a while but finally have a trip planned so its about time I join up. Im finishing up my medical residency, so decided to treat myself to vegas as a reward. Its been a while since I have been to Vegas, so long that the afterhours place to be was Empire something. Im looking forward to the trip.
