What would you do?!?!

OK... currently I am booked on a non stop flight from Pittsburgh to LAS that departs friday morning from pittsburgh @ 9:50 am. I will arrive in LAS at 11:30am that morning. I currently have the opportunity to change my flight from friday morning to thursday evening for an additional 70 bones between my girlfriend and I.

The thursday flight would be a flight that leaves PIT @ 6:50 pm goes to Chigaco Midway for an hour layoff, then leaves Chicago at 8 to LAS, arriving in Vegas @ 10 pm. Now that will be like 1 am Eastern Time and we probably wouldnt get checked into the hotel and everthing until about 11:30/ or 2:30 ET.

Do you think the change in flight and and extra night in a hotel is worth it for half a night in vegas????

So your looking at about 7 hours traveling by the time you're checked in and all sorted out and it's 11.30 ish Vegas time, perfect. If you reckon you'll be up for partying the night then go for it man!!

I think it would be worth it just for the fact that you'll wake up in Vegas on Friday and have the entire day ahead of you rather than traveling all day.

Do it! Change outfits in Chicago that way when you land your suited up and all you have to do is check in and drop your stuff of in your room and head straight for the club. Just a thought

Go for it.. No matter what happens Thursday you will be fully primed for Friday with no travel ugh or hungover either way it is a win win :P

haha thanks for the advice guys.. I'm in the process of booking the thursday flight now. Just gotta hope my plane from PIT to MDW is one-time as I only have an hour layover, and thay would suck to be stuck in Chicago knowing I should be in Vegas.... WOO for going to vegas for an extra day and leaving a day earlier!!!

If you arrive in Vegas at 10, get to the hotel by 10:40 [that's assuming all goes smooth with getting off the plane, baggage, taxis], you should be able to hit the clubs by 11:20 depending on how long it takes you to get ready. Maybe the both of you should plan and then pack what you'll wear right on top of your carry-on so that you don't waste much time prepping?

Well that's similar to what I did over LDW except for went straight for Drais since we drove into Vegas at 12:01 and all I had to do was a quick wardrobe change at Ballys
