Bare Pool This Friday?

3 of us (all dudes) are headed out from LA Friday morning for Slash's show at Mirage. We're gonna hang out at Bare on Friday afternoon. I've never been there, and was looking for some insight from those who've been there, preferrably from those who've been on a Friday. I have a VIP daybed reserved, as I don't want to buck up the grand for a cabana, but may revise this plan depending upon responses re: vibe, talent level, best place to sit, etc. Thanks in advance for the responses.

It's been my experience that Fridays are the one of best days at Bare because there is a great crowd but not so crowded that you can't get in the pool without sword fighting, ala Saturdays.

I think you'll be fine sticking with a VIP Daybed vs a Cabana since there are only three of you. The daybeds in the VIP are in a better location than the cabanas, as the view is much better from above and there's a good vibe up there. It also gives you access to the heated pool, which is the perfect spot to meet women and others to party with.

I would request one of the daybeds in the middle of the VIP. That way you have plenty of people (hopefully girls) around you.

They typically have a kick ass DJ playing on Fridays, so the music should be very good.

You'll get great service regardless of who your waitress is, but request Brigitte B. She's a great waitress and hot as shit. If she's not available, Jen is a strong backup.

The pizzas are awesome, as are the tacos and the steak wrap.
