So not only do his sunglasses not work [must be cheap... which can hurt your eyes more than not wearing glasses at all since they offer no protection to UV rays, yet dilate the pupils to allow more in...], but there's obvious cap issue. Maybe he should've worn two caps - one for the front and one to keep his Fred Durst impression intact?

just looked up the specific rule it states: "if a member of AOD is at any type of event, and said member fails to keep the tradition of AOD by not drinking, said member must be tormented by turning his head gear to a backwards manner."
