Vegas in October

Me and a few boys from Scotland were in Vegas a couple of weeks back (seems like ages ago now ) and decided it's the greatest place on Earth and want to go back next year.

We're thinking of going slightly later next year, and were looking at the possibility of October 2009.

My main question is (and I don't know if this is a stupid question!) but are the clubs still busy in October? We were there over July 4th Weekend so our perception of how busy it usually is may be wrong!!

Also, I assume the weather is still brilliant?! Well, it'll be much better than Scotland anyway!

October through march is usually the down time, when not as many tourists are here. However, yes, the clubs will still be plenty packed, you just wont be in the pool likely lol. And yes, coming july 4th weekend throws everything off as that is one of the biggest party weekends all year long!! Anytime you come to vegas, there will be people and you will have fun, but the spring, summer and fall is always a good time!!

i have been there all times of the year, while it is not slamming it will still be a great time. I have actually gone in december right before christmas and it was a great time.....its vegas you can always find debauchery and fun times!!

most of the clubs are usually slammed on weekends all year round! Remember, people drive down from L.A. on weekends just to party!! No worries, you will find the clubs packed with people!

the best times i had in vegas was actually in october. girls are less pretentious around fall/winter makes the scene much better
