Pain!

So i just got back from Vegas monday night and I can't tell if my back or my kidneys hurt... Anybody else have this problem???

prob just lower back from walking and standing so much....happens to me on occasion!

Never had it happen since I take it easy my last day there due to driving back but I'd say drink tons of water and see if that helps.
