Tax/fees/tips on bottle service

If this thread already exists, please point me to it. I've searched, and searched and can't find anything, but I feel like I've already seen this question on here somewhere.

If I have a table minimum of $900 at Tao, what will tax/service fees/etc look like? I'd like to collect $$ from everyone before hand so I don't get screwed, but I'm not sure how much to add in for tax/tip.

bottles $900 8% tax (approx) =72 +20% tip $195 for a total of 1167......plus dont forget to put together $20 a head for the host....or if there are alot then do $10

I would consider 12 ppl to definitely be a large party. 4 -8 typical, anything more is large.
