TAO bottle service

Spoke with the TAO host per the JC listing . He said could do 2 bottles for a group of 6 either in the Opium room or Tao Beach (Friday 9/18)? Which room(s) plays hip hop? How far are these room's from the main room?

Note: Was told to get into main room would be $1100 min.

2 bottles is encroaching upon $1100 anyway just splurge and get into the main room, but if you cant id do opium room.

Yeah after all the taxes and everything your going to be paying more than 1000, but when they say 1100 min i think they mean base bottle price dont they? Then you have the tip and tax on top of that.

ahhh its a trick they say 1100 min but 2 bottles is 950 and theres nothing cheaper then 475 so you will be at 1425 then add the tip and tax and tip host and its easily a 2k night.....its a good trick tho, but id do the opium room OR do 2 bottles and then just get 150 worth of beer which is basically a 12 pack and youre good to go, with tip and tax youd be at 1400 and in th opium room youd spend 1235 so might be worth it to go main room for 165....whoa my ears are smokin!

Yea the minimum is based on just bottles they said. So 2 bottles at $400 appx wouldnt push you over the $1100, you would need to add a third bottle. Unless they let you order single drinks to add to that tab?

Pure is asking $850 minimum. Would you choose TAO opium room/tao beach over Pure main room?

Opium room is on the same level as the main Tao dance floor. Its off to the side, and at times the music is different from the main room. However on a big night like Eric Morillo's performance, all sound systems were linked. They even had a TV showing the performance out on the main stage. Its definitely a little more spacious being in the Opium room.

Cool. Spoke with host again, said probably could get us in main room if we arrive by 10:30 latest, but no guarantees. It's the Mayweather fight weekend, so that is the reason for increased prices apparently.

Last question regarding PURE on sat night 9/19, suggestions on which room. Info I was given...

I'm going Thursday night. Stuck in the lounge (1 bottle min). Can't afford the higher min of the main room (quoted $700 min in the email, but on the phone mentioned 2 bottles) since I'm covering most of the costs for my friends. Larson said maybe opium room if I'm lucky and get there early enough. We'll see.
